Introducing Vitals

We're thrilled to unveil Vitals, our most recent significant product update, designed with a mission to help founders make the right business choice.

Why Vitals? Any startups who wants to win the game needs to watch carefully their Vitals metrics: cash balance, cash-in and cash-out.

The inspiration was right at home in Multis. Our COO faced the daunting task of creating a monthly financial report, computing all expenses per category and wallet to understand where we were burning cash. We did it to: i) build trust with our investors like Sequoia ii) foster greater transparency and accountability within the team (well, we know who spends on what), and iii) have the date to make informed decisions in a context where every cents counts (bearish market, harder funding and need to extend runway). Our team knew there had to be a better way to process those laborious tasks.

Here's what is possible with Vitals, your new companion for crypto treasury management:

  1. Complete transparency: Gain a panoramic view of your total funds, inflows, outflows, and net changes.

  2. Visualize cash flow: Break down and analyze your cash flow by teams, counterparts, categories, and assets.

  3. Expense management: Identify areas where your spending is high with our detailed outflow table, enabling you to trim down unnecessary expenses.

  4. Revenue analysis: Understand where your earnings are originating from with our inflow table, helping you focus your efforts on the most profitable aspects of your business.

  5. End-of-Month balance: Get a thorough understanding of your organization's monthly financial health.

  6. Export to CSV: Make complex charts outside of Multis by exporting our inflow/outflow tables to CSV. If you do, we’d love to hear about it. Our aim is to continually upgrade Vitals so that you don't have to spend extra time creating charts.

  7. Shareable insights: Keep your team, investors, and communities updated by sharing up-to-date charts and tables.

Already used and approved by companies like Metamundo, Mozaic or OrangeDAO.

What's next? Burn-rate and Runway computation. If there are any specific reports, charts, or data you'd find beneficial, feel free to let us know and we'll be happy to build it for you.
